Since 1996, Pardas has approached viticulture and winemaking with a singular conviction: to allow each plot, each vintage, and each grape to express themselves without artifice. At Can Comas, in Penedès, they practice dryland and conservation viticulture, and in the winery, they favour spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention.

The result is wines with character, personality, and a unique identity, crafted for those who seek new ways to understand wine.
