Celler del Roure is a small family winery of D.O. Valencia, a winery in constant search for territorial identity. The recovery of native varieties that were almost extinct, like the Mandó and the Arco, of which some farms with old vines have been recovered, or the production of wine in clay jars, an ancient tradition in the Mediterranean area. These are some examples of identity and attachment to the land. Honest, authentic wines, linked to the land.
