Gramona III Lustros Reserva Brut Nature 2012 is a very expressive and intense sparkling wine with fruity notes of peaches, apples and apricots accompanied by notes of aging like hazelnuts, walnuts, toast, coffee and spices. On the palate it is forceful and velvety, with a very fine and well integrated carbonic. An elegant and fresh sparkling wine with a persistent and subtly mineral finish.
Gramona III Lustros Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2011 is a creamy cava, with structure and elegance. A good vintage for this cava that shows us all its aromatic potential, with notes of ripe white fruit over an elegant toasted base note of aging. On the palate it s balanced, with volume and a very fine bubble.
On the palate, it is a powerful wine that has good acidity. It has a thin, soft entry. Leathery notes of nuts , rosemary , rye , malt , praline and dry bread appear . The carbon dioxide is well modulated . Slightly bitter finish.
A light yellow colour with green hues.
The nose presents complexity. Aromas of flowers accompanied by notes of aging, smokiness and a toasted flavour. Fragrant herbal notes appear.
It shows a soft, intense and fresh attack. Its mid palate is marked by a suggestive creaminess. It has a well integrated and embracing fizziness, lots of fruity notes of citrus and ripe white stone fruits and notes reminiscent of yeast. Marked, deep and crispy acidity. Long and persistent finish which leaves an aftertaste of citrus, smoked and balsamic notes, some bitter hints and nuances of toasted bread. Deliciously complex and easy-drinking at the same time.
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Limpid and bright cava which shows a very fine bubble which comes off slowly.
Harmonious, delicate and elegant nasal aromas. Its fine aromas of ripe white fruit, dried white flowers and some citrus stand out along with the intense notes provided during its ageing: smoked notes, refined toasted hints, bakery and confectioner nuances, butter, nuts and some traces of milk. A very interesting nose.
Soft touch, fine entry of the bubble, notes of maturity, fresh milk, bread, nuts, pastry, comes to mind the skin of dry fruits, rosemary, rye, malt, praline bread ... well-modulated carbon.
