Régnard Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons is a monovarietal Chardonnay white wine produced by Maison Régnard. It is an Appellation Chablis 1er Cru Contrôlée wine from Burgundy.
Maison Régnard was founded in 1840. It is one of the oldest wineries in Chablis and one the very few wineries that still have a cellar in the centre of Chablis.
The vineyards for Régnard Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons are some 30 years old, their soils are clayey and calcareous from the end of the Jurassic period, and they are harvested manually. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks so that it is not so acid, and to endow it with lactic touches and make it more complex.
Régnard Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons is a wine with an intense and very elegant aromatic expression. A good example of a great Chablis Chardonnay without barrel.

Régnard Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2014 is a wine that perfectly combines freshness, acidity and minerality together with fruit and mineral notes. On the palate it is generous and full-bodied; intense and balanced.
