Pares Balta Honeymoon is a white wine from Penedès prepared by Pares Balta, a winery founded by the Cusiné family. The winery is currently managed by the third generation of this family, Joan and Josep Cusiné Carol and their wives, Maria Elena Jimenez and Marta Casas.

The climate in this area is Mediterranean, typically coastal and pre-coastal Catalan, with a mild climate. This wine is a varietal Parellada (100%) from the El Subal, located about 630 metres above sea level. In terms of processing, fermentation is carried out at 15 ° C in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks.

Bright, fresh and very tasty wine with a light and dry mid palate, an unctuous texture, with very intense and noticeable notes of fruit and flowers. Its balanced acidity is complemented with its refreshing citrus aromas. Good finish with a sweety aftertaste.

Intense, very expressive and seductive aromas. Its abundant notes of very ripe white fruit and yellow stone fruit are released along with a marked scent of banana and aromatic notes of white flowers. In the background, very fresh and subtle herbal notes are also noticed.
