Chivite Colección 125 Rosado is a rose wine made by Bodegas Chivite in Navarra.

Chivite Colección 125 Rosado is red wine elaborated with Grenache and Tempranillo from the Finca Legardeta Farm, a farm with exceptional soil ideal for growing vines with an Atlantic climate. The harvest is done manually. After a selection of the grapes, maceration takes place at a low temperature. The must is fermented in French oak barrels before being aged for 10 months with its residue, applying slight movement.

A wonderful rose depicting the presence of the barrel.

Tasting notes Chivite Colección 125 Rosado

Chivite Colección 125 Rosado 2016 is a balanced rosé wine with body. The aromas of fresh red fruit perfectly combine with the toasted notes of its ageing in the barrel. This vintage gives it silkiness and volume without too much opulence.

A fresh and fleshy entry. Tasty and dense. Good balance. Soft final persistence.



A pretty pink salmon colour.



Intense aroma, delicate hints of wood with notes of pear and pomegranate.

Mellow and dense on the palate. Balanced crescendo and a good persistence.

Bright color. Pale raspberry.

Intense and very floral with pear and pomegranate notes.
Powerful and voluminous attack. The notes of fruit still have a powerful presence along with the aromas of wood. Silky and unctuous mid palate. Very good acidity and balance. Long and very persistent finish.

Very bright pink colour.

Intense and expressive aromas of red fruit on a slightly smoked background. The sweet and hot spices are released along with delicate floral notes which round out this unique rosé wine.
