Abel Mendoza started this path in 1988, and now owns 18 hectares that are cultivated organically. He is loyal to classic production methods like this carbonic maceration. It ferments in open cement tanks with the entire Tempranillo grape.
Abel Mendoza Jarrarte Maceración Carbónica 2020 is a young, fresh and fruity wine with notes of liquorice and violet.
