Parxet Gran Reserva Maria Cabane

Delicate cava, elaborated by the group Parxet, formed by six different wineries, from different locations in Spain. Parxet Gran Reserva Maria Cabané is made under the D.O. Cava. The variety Pansa Blanca from Alella is the star ingredient in its blend, since it provides this cava with different nuances. This variety is combined with Macabeo and Parellada. After a meticulous manual harvest, all of them are fermented at low temperature in order to ensure the perfect mix. This cava goes through an ageing for a minimum of three years. A surprising cava with its own personality.
