Mas Candí Cabòries

Mas Candi Cabòries is a red wine from Les Gunyoles in the DO. Penedés, Barcelona. The Mas Candi winery was founded by 4 adults who had a vision of creating personal wines while preserving their surroundings, i.e respecting the environment, using native varieties, and interfering as little as possible in the vinification process.

Cultivation at the vineyards is carried out organically and looks to maintain a natural balance, with no chemical or synthetic products being used. All of the work on the vineyards is carried out manually.

Mas Candi Cabòries is a blend of 3 different grape varieties: Sumoll, Mandó and the white variety Xarel.lo. The winemaking process follows artisan methods and without excessive extractions. The wine is stabilised for 2 months in oak barrels.


Mas Candi Cabòries is a fresh and light red wine, down to the blend of red and white varieties, and only light extraction during vinification.
