These are old strains aged between 25 and 50 years old that are planted in deep clay-calcareous soils and treated with biodynamic practices. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.
Laherte Frères Rosé de Meunier is the result of a combination of different winemaking methods. 60% white wine, 30% of the grapes macerated with the skins and 10% red wine. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with native yeasts, it ages on lees for 6 months with a low 2.5 gr/l dosage added. It ages for 2 years.
