The sparkling wines of Penedès (Catalonia) possess a certain enchantment, don't they? Yet, few are aware that it all began thanks to visionaries who drew inspiration from champagne. This is where the name Juvé comes into play, a name that has been synonymous with tradition in this Catalan region for centuries. However, what truly set Juvé & Camps apart was their bold decision to embrace something that seemed risky at the time: Brut Nature. In an era dominated by sweeter Brut, they dared to produce a sparkling wine with no added sugar, pure and authentic. Interestingly, this gem, initially crafted solely for family consumption—the iconic Reserva de la Familia—not only became their flagship sparkling wine but also paved the way for a new realm for Brut Nature, leading it to international success.

While preserving the authenticity passed down through generations, yet always looking forward, Juvé & Camps astonishes us with a renewed version of their most iconic sparkling wine: Reserva de la Familia Rosé. Crafted from the grape varieties xarel·lo, pinot noir, and garnacha tinta sourced from their own organic vineyards, the grapes undergo a meticulous vinification process in the winery to produce the base wine. Following this, the méthode champenoise is employed, initiating the second fermentation in the bottle where it remains on the lees for a minimum of 30 months. Finally, the disgorgement is performed without adding any dosage.

Reserva de la Familia Rosé is a tribute to tradition, indeed, but with that daring touch that dares to break the mould and challenge the conventional. Pure elegance with that unexpected twist that so distinctly characterises the Juvé & Camps family.
