Júlia Bernet Brut Nature Exsum Or is a Corpinnat sparkling wine made by Júlia Bernet in Penedès (Catalunya) with the Chardonnay and Xarel·lo varieties.

Although the Bernet family has spent many years working their vineyards in Subirats (Barcelona), it was only in 2001 when Xavier Bernet set up his own project and named it after his daughter Júlia Bernet. This is a winery that rigorously and strictly controls the entire production process from start to finish. As a result, they produce small amounts of wine where the protagonist, the Xarel·lo variety, achieves maximum expression.

Júlia Bernet Brut Nature Exsum Or comes from their own vineyards lying on the slopes of the Ordal mountain (Subirats). This is an area with a steep slope that gives the grape an original and different character compared to elsewhere in Penedés. It is difficult to access and production is limited. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods and ecological treatments. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.

In the winery, the Júlia Bernet Brut Nature Exsum Or grapes are vinified separately with native yeasts. Coupage of the base wines then takes place followed by a second fermentation using the traditional method and a minimum aging of 36 months. No sulphur or liqueur is added.
