José Pariente fermentado en Barrica 2017 is a creamy white wine with aromas of very ripe white and tropical fruits and fresh mineral notes. On the palate it is unctuous, deep and complex with a retronasal of apple sauce and a persistent finish.
Very elegant. It is powerful and spacious, with good acidity. High balanced, wood and fruity touches are noted.

Its intense and marked varietal aromas are accompanied by the complexity provided by the wood during the ageing on its lees. Lots of notes of ripe fruit are noticed along with roasted notes, nuts, creamy spices and subtle touches of citrus and herbs.
