Herenza Blanco Kosher is a white wine from the Alella region produced by Elvi Wines. This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pansa Blanca.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested in August using 20kg boxes to transport the grapes to the winery. The Pansa Blanca grapes, however, are harvested in september with a 2,500kg stainless steel tráiler. At the winery, the grapes used to make Herenza Blanco Kosher are selected at a selection table.
The grapes then under the maceration process with dry ice for six hours and then are pressed in a pneumatic press.
Herenza Blanco Kosher the finally ferments for 17 days at a controlled temperature of 15ºC before resting on its lees for just over 3 months.
