Georges Laval Cumières Premier Cru Brut Nature is a biodynamic Champagne made by the Georges Laval winery in Champagne, France.

Georges Laval Cumières Premier Cru Brut Nature is a coupage of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier varieties from seven plots located in the Cumières Premier Cru area in the Marne Valley. These plots have clay-calcareous soils and are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The musts obtained ferment and age for a minimum of 24 months in old barrels with their native yeasts before being bottled for second fermentation. The resulting champagne is not filtered or clarified and does not contain liqueur d’expédition, which makes it a brut nature champagne.

The Georges Laval winery is located in the town of Cumières, near Epernay. The vineyards lie on south-facing slopes with the typical chalk soils bathing in a warm microclimate, making it possible to classify the terroir as a Premier Cru. Here, Vincent Laval, who comes from a family of winemakers, works two and a half hectares of vineyards in a way that respects nature and aims to preserve the original flavours and aromas that the environment brings. The Georges Laval Cumières Premier Cru Brut Nature Champagne is no different, a perfect reflection of the Cumières terroir.
