About Garnacha de Fuego

Garnacha de Fuego is a red wine from D.O. Calatayud produced by Bodegas Breca, Jorge Ordoñez project with a collaboration from oenologists Sarah Morris and Iwo Jakimowicz.
It is a single variety Garnacha Tinta which is produced from very old vines grown in the hills about 900 meters above sea level.
Garnacha de Fuego is fermented in stainless steel tanks and maceration is for 10 days at 25 degrees. Finally, it undergoes malolactic fermentation in a tank.
