This is a red wine made from the Syrah and Garnacha Tinta varieties from clay-limestone slopes located in the Herault and Gard area of Languedoc-Roussillon, in the south of France. These vines are cultivated following biodynamic principles and without the use of chemical products that could damage the natural balance of the terroir. In the winery, vinification is carried out separately in stainless steel or concrete tanks with native yeasts. It then undergoes a brief maceration of 10 days at a controlled low temperature. Finally, the two varieties are blended and aged on fine lees for a period of time.
