Dits del Terra

Dits del Terra is a red wine produced by the Terroir al Límit winery in the Priorat.

Terroir al Límit is a winery that stands out for its fidelity to the ground. With a little interventionist philosophy, they produce wines with the idea of conveying the characteristics of the terrain.

Dits del Terra is a Carignan from a small vineyard of less than 2 hectares of old vines planted 80 years ago on slate floors, called licorella in the Priorat, they are located at between 300 and 500 metres of altitude.

Terroir al Límit use sustainable organic farming practices, showing great respect for the land. Harvesting is done by hand in small boxes. The grapes are meticulously selected grain by grain, grains avoiding unwanted unripe fruits.

Fermentation starts spontaneously and occurs over three weeks.

Dits del Terra spends 24 months aging in oak foudres and is bottled unfiltered and unclarified. Dits del Terra is an elegant red wine, fresh, sincere and very expressive of Priorat.
