

Clos Lentiscus Malvasia Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine from the D.O. Penedés, produced by Clos Lentiscus in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona.
The family winery is situated in the in the Garraf Natural Park, where their vines are planted mainly on calcareous-clay soils. The vineyards are cultivated following the principles of biodynamic agriculture, while the winemaking process is carried out using truly artisan methods.
It is worth noting that during the winemaking process of this Clos Lentiscus Malvasia Blanc de Blancs, native yeasts are used during both of the fermentations. Following the second fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months with its lees in the bottle.
This is an aromatic and dry sparkling wine, perfect as an aperitif.
