AT Roca Reserva is a Brut Nature sparkling wine from the D.O Clàssic Penedès region produced by the AT Roca winery. It is a blend of 3 grape varieties: Macabeo (52%), Xarel.lo (28%) and Parellada (21%)
The grapes used for AT Roca Reserva come from vineyards that are over 35 years old and are cultivated in a totally ecological and organic manner. As for production, AT Roca Reserva follows the traditional champagne method, where after the first fermentation, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle.
After the various phases of the vinification process, this sparkling wine is then aged in the bottle for 20 months. Before being commercialised, AT Roca Reserva undergoes the desgorging process. This traditional and necessary process is carried out in order to remove the sediments from the second fermentation.
AT Roca is a winery lead by Agustí Torello Sibill and his son Agustí Torelló Roca. After many years of experience working in the family company Agustí Torelló Mata, This project was born with the illusion of novelty and tranquility that brings the good work.
