The Albino Armani winery was founded in 1607 and is based in the Adige Valley, in Verona. With a total of 220 hectares of vineyards in the three northern Italian regions of Friuli, Veneto and Trentino, the Armani family has been producing wines for generations that have a strong identity of the winery and reflect the terroir they come from.
Albino Armani Prosecco Extra Dry comes from vines planted in the heart of Prosecco country. The vines are traditionally cultivated and harvested by hand on soil rich in limestone and with a large amount of pebbles.
In the winery, Albino Armani Prosecco Extra Dry is made using the charmat method. The grapes are firstly pressed and the resulting must is fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
