Albino Armani Prosecco Rosé is a sparkling wine made by Albino Armani with the Glera and Pinot Noir varieties in the DOC Prosecco, in Veneto (Italy).
Albino Armani is a family winery dating back more than 400 years. Located in the Valle dell'Adige, in Verona, the Armani family have cultivated their vineyards in Valpolicella, in the Marca Trevigiana and in Friuli, generation after generation, in the most respectful way in order to produce wines that have the mark of the winery and that reflect this particular location.
Albino Armani Prosecco Rosé comes from vineyards in the heart of the Prosecco region, in Veneto and Friuli. The vines are cultivated using traditional agriculture and the harvest takes place when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.
In the winery, the grapes firstly ferment at a controlled temperature and, once the Albino Armani Prosecco Rosé cuvée is ready, a second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method in pressure tanks for at least 60 days adding liqueur de tirage made of sugar and yeast.
Albino Armani Prosecco Rosé is a sparkling wine that combines the vibrant freshness of the Glera grape with the refinement and structure of the Pinot Noir. A charming prosecco that wins over everyone who tries it.
