A tribute to extreme viticulture.

In ancient Europe a bard was the person in charge of sharing stories, legends and poems. Bodega Bardos was set up as a tribute to all those people who dedicated their whole lives to the vineyard, this one in particular, which lies at 960 metres above sea level, in the hardest part of the Ribera del Duero. This is one of the coldest and most difficult areas to work and the wines made here tell stories, like the bards of times gone by. They tell us about the brave men and women who continue to care for this land that is exposed to extreme conditions throughout the year. Under the guidance of winemaker Raúl Acha, this collection of wines offers a balance of power and finesse, complexity and intensity. The elegance of the fine tannins and the freshness speak of the land where the most sought after grape of the Ribera del Duero comes from.
