Sincronia Negre

This young red wine from Pla i Llevant is a blend of Mantonegro, Callet, Syrah and Merlot grapes. The ageing took place in French and American barrels for 4 months. It was produced by the winery Mesquida Mora, a project by Jaume and Bàrbara (brother and sister), which stand out for being producers of high quality wines with utmost respect of the environment thanks to its biodynamic growing techniques and animal drawn. The small details are important and for this reason, this winery goes to a lot of effort for producing original wines with a hallmark. According to the creators: "The synchrony is the magic of life. What we sometimes perceive as something negative it is felt as an opportunity".
