About Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva

Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva is a cava produced by the winery Rimarts in D.O. Cava.

Rimarts is located in San Sadurní d'Anoia, an area found in Alto Penedès (Barcelona). It is a family-run winery. They do not use modern techniques and methodologies to make traditional wines and cavas that are capable of expressing the particularities of its terroir in a natural way.

Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva is a coupage of the varieties Maccabeu, Parellada and Xarello. 

During its production, Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva was aged for a minimum of 24 months. Then it was disgorged in a traditional way to get rid of the lees from its second fermentation.

Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva 2021 tantalizes the senses with its intricacy and zest. Olfactorily, it unfurls a tapestry of aromas from ripened fruits such as apple and pear, interwoven with delicate herbaceous whispers and an agreeable toasted undertone. Upon tasting, its robustness is counterpoised with exquisitely integrated effervescence, bestowing a vivacity that beckons one to continue indulging.
