The Jerez winery González Byass, producer of the famous Tío Pepe fino, have pooled their knowledge and experience with Richard Patterson, master blender of the Dalmore distillery, to create Nomad Outland Whisky, a whisky made in Scotland from a spectacular blend that includes 30 malt and grain whiskies that have the unique characteristics provided by the Speyside landscape. This is where Nomad Outland Whisky begins its aging process where it remains for 5 to 8 years and then travels to Jerez de la Frontera (Spain) where it is refined in Pedro Ximénez casks.
Nomad Outland is a whisky filled with the purity of the Highlands of Scotland and forges its character and unique personality in the microclimate of the warm and humid plains of Jerez, where the temperature changes, winds and proximity to the coast result in a whisky with a unique personality, born to break the rules.
