Lustau Solera Gran Reserva Finest Selection Brandy
An elegant and sweet brandy, with all the character of Jerez

Characteristics Lustau Solera Gran Reserva Finest Selection Brandy
Lustau Brandy Solera Gran Reserva Finest Selection is a brandy made by Bodegas Lustau, in Jerez, Spain, and is the result of mixing different brandies that have been aged in casks previously used to age Olorosos, Amontillados and Pedro Ximénez wines for 40 to 50 years.
To make Brandy Lustau Solera Gran Reserva Finest Selection, they use wines aged without lees that go through a simple distillation process where only the central portion of the wine is selected, discarding the heads and tails. This mixture of brandies is aged for 15 years.
Lustau is a hundred-year-old winery and the only one to produce wines in the region’s three cities: Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. And with more than 120 years of experience, they really understand and know how to make the most of all the virtues and personality that the yeast cap brings to these wines that are so characteristic of the area they are made in.
Lustau has six cellars dating back to the 19th century. These are cathedral-like buildings with thick walls, high ceilings and large windows where the chalk floors provide a stable temperature and humidity for aging their wines and brandies, extraordinary quality products that are known around the world.
