Llopart Leopardi Vintage Reserva Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made by Llopart supported by Corpinnat, the winery began its career making sparkling wine in 1887, during the phylloxera plague, which did not stop Jaume Llopart and his son Josep Llopart.
This sparkling wine is a coupage of macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada varieties grown in Heredad Can Llopart, the estate can be found on accented hill slopes at an average altitude of 340 metres above sea level.
The climate in this area is characterised by pleasant winters and sunny summers but not warm. The Montserrat cordillera protects the vines from cold winds from the north during winter and moderate temperatures.
As for the production, once the coupage is made, the wine undergoes a second fermentation. Llopart Leopardi Vintage Reserva Brut Nature rests for a minimum of 48 months in the bottle, the time that it takes for the natural process of the bubbles to turn the wine into sparkling wine.
