La Trucha is a white wine made with Albariño from the winery’s vineyards, aged between 25 and 40 years old, located between 200 and 350 metres of altitude on the right bank of the Miño river.
Harvesting is carried out manually, selecting the grapes in the vineyard. Once in the winery, the grapes are pressed and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel deposits with temperature control. After the fermentation, the wine rests with its fine lees between 3 and 6 months, until it is bottled.
