Finca Garabelos

Finca Garabelos is a white wine produced by the winery Finca Garabelos in Crecente (Pontevedra), D.O. Rías Baixas.

Finca Garabelos is a winery located in Vilar, Crecente, that makes quality white wines with the Albariño grapes they harvest from their own vineyards, located in the subarea of Condado de Tea. Owned by José Alonso, he has the advice of oenologist José Estévez.

With the wines from Finca Garabelos, José Alonso aims to bring quality Galician white wines to all audiences and generations, developing a wine profile with all the character of the Albariño variety, and the personality that the terroir gives to his wines.

Finca Garabelos is a white wine made with Albariño from the winery’s oldest vineyards, located between 200 and 350 metres of altitude on the right bank of the Miño river.

Harvesting is carried out manually, selecting the grapes in the vineyard. Once in the winery, the grapes are pressed and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel deposits with temperature control. After the fermentation, the wine rests with its fine lees between 3 and 6 months, until it is bottled.
