La Duda 2025 is a white wine of remarkable aromatic intensity, where ripe fruit unfolds with nuances of grapefruit and melon, intertwined with stone fruits such as apple and pear, all underpinned by a vegetal and floral background that imparts freshness and clarity. On the nose, it is perceived as vibrant, almost luminous, like a breeze that shifts in nuance as it opens in the glass. On the palate, it enters with presence and energy, displaying both volume and tension, with an acidity that balances its fruity character. Its journey is expansive and fluid, leaving a sensation of elegant structure and a persistence that invites one to linger a moment longer.

About La Duda

Vinos del Paseante originates from the concept of an inquisitive traveller exploring various appellations in Spain in search of wines with a distinctive identity, devoid of pretence. It is not a fixed winery in a specific location, but rather a way of viewing the map. In Monterrei (Galicia), this journey pauses amidst hillsides and valleys where the altitude, slate, and granite create landscapes that are subtle yet full of character.
 
La Duda is a white wine that represents their interpretation of godello, a variety that here is expressed with clarity and tranquillity. It originates from small vineyards situated between 400 and 650 metres, where the harvest is conducted at two different times to capture two dimensions of the grape: one more citrusy and fresh, the other more ripe and tropical.
 
Following a slow and controlled fermentation in stainless steel, a small portion of the wine rests on its lees in new 500-litre French oak barrels, imparting volume and a more enveloping texture without losing its precise character, where each layer seems to unfold unhurriedly.
 
La Duda is a white wine that suits those occasions where meals unfold without planning: a table of grilled fish, a simple outdoor rice dish, an afternoon that requires no explanation, leaving a clear sensation: that of having enjoyed without overthinking.
