

Herenza Reserva is a red kosher wine from the appellation of origin La Rioja produced by Elvi Wines and the Bodegas Catillo de Sajazarra. This wine is a monovarietal from the grape, Tempranillo.
The grape originates exclusively from the vineyard Los Majuelos, property of the winery.
The harvest is completed at the beginning of October and the grapes, after having been manually selected from the field are destemmed and crushed by a peristaltic pump in a container that can hold up to 15,000kg.
Herenza Reserva is fermented at a maximum temperature of 26ºC. After the fermentation and maceration of 17 days. Herenza Reserva reserve is racked.
Herenza Reserva is finally aged for 20 months in new American (-70% of the total) and French (-30% of the remainder) oak before being left to rest in the bottle.
