

Harenza Crianza is a red kosher wine from the appellation of origin La Rioja produced Elvi Wines and Bodegas Castillo de Sajazarra. This wine is a monovarietal from the grape Tempranillo.
The harvest of the grapes for Herenza Crianza is completed in the middle of October by hand with a very small yield.
Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and then put through a process using a peristaltic pump in a container that has a capacity to hold 9,000kg.
Herenza Crianza is fermented at a maximum temperature of 26ºC. After the fermentation and maceration of a 17 day period. Herenza Crianza is then racked.
Herenza Crianza is finally aged for 12 months in new American (-60% of the total) and French (-40% of the remainder) oak before being left to rest in the bottle.
