Pagos del Rey is a project that promotes wine culture by being present in some of Spain’s most representative Designations of Origin like Rueda, Rioja, Ribera de Duero and Toro. These are wines made using traditional know-how combined with technological innovation and a modern design.
The Tempranillo grapes used in El Aviador Tempranillo Bag in Box 5L are closely monitored for ripeness before being harvested. Once they reach the winery, the grapes are selected and macerated cold. They are fermented for about 8 or 10 days at a controlled temperature of 22 to 24°C.
