The grapes fore Domaine de La Janasse Côtes du Rhône Blanc come from different plots with sandy soils. In total they add up to 5 hectares that are cultivated without using pesticides, herbicides or insecticides. The land is fertilised with manure of natural origin and is not weeded, thus maintaining the aeration of the soil and avoiding compacting.
All the winery’s vineyards are harvested manually to respect the integrity of the grape as much as possible.
