Domaine de Bellivière Prémices Sec is a monovarietal Chenin Blanc white wine from the AOC Jasnières, in the Loire Valley, produced by Domaine de Bellivière.

Domaine de Bellivière is a winery founded in 1995 that has cultivated its 15 hectares of vineyard organically since 2005 and which has been certified as biodynamic since the 2011 harvest.

The vineyards for Domaine de Bellivière Prémices Sec have clayey and flint soils over layers of tuffeaux, the typical whitish stone that has been used to build most of the chateaux in the Loire. The vineyards have a maximum yield of 40hl per hectare and are harvested manually. The vintage is vinified entirely in barrels and the final wine is aged for 10 months also in barrels.
