Its essence is born from the union of red and white varieties (cariñena, garnacha tinta, tempranillo, macabeo, and other white varieties), something quite uncommon in this style. Its slow fermentation and 14-month ageing in old barrels and demijohns set it apart from the ephemeral, endowing it with a captivating depth and structure.

With a limited production released each year, making every sip a small privilege, Dido "La Solució Rosa" bears the signature of two pivotal names in Montsant, René Barbier and Sara Pérez, reminding us that sometimes the best way to innovate is by returning to the roots.
