About Cune Reserva
Cune Reserva is a red wine from D.O la Rioja produced by the winery CVNE. It is a blend of the varieties Tempranillo (85%) and Graciano, Garnacha and Mazuelo (15% between the 3)
The grape from Cune Reserva is born from the vineyards that are situated in the La Rioja Alta. The harvest is carried out manually by hand with the utmost care.
In the winery, Cune Reserva goes through the alcoholic fermentation stage that lasts for 10 days. After which, the wine is then subjected to the malolactic fermentation process.
Cune Reserva finally rests in French and American oak barrels for around 2 years.
Cune Reserva is in this instance Is treated naturally before being bottled and left to rest for approximately an additional year.
CVNE is a family run winery founded in 1879 in the town of Haro, in la Rioja. Currently the 5th generation of the family are managing the business since appearing in 1997 on the stock exchange.
