Characteristics Conca d'Oro Prosecco Cuvee Oro Extra Dry
Conca d'Oro Prosecco Cuvee Oro Extra Dry is a Prosecco wine made in the D.O.C. Treviso (Veneto) by Fattoria Conca d'Oro using the Glera native variety.
Conca d'Oro is located between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco trail (Veneto). They have been producing for many years and they are great advocates of the traditional Italian way of making these low-percentage sparkling wines.
Conca d'Oro Prosecco Cuvee Oro Extra Dry comes from vineyards in the northern Treviso region. Vineyards that are cultivated using conventional agriculture, taking into account the specific needs of each terroir. The grape is harvested when it reaches optimum ripeness.
Conca d'Oro Prosecco Cuvee Oro Extra Dry goes through a first fermentation to produce a dry base wine. Then a second fermentation happens in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, adding sugar (less than 20 g / l.), selected yeasts and clarifying agents. Then it is filtered and bottled.
Conca d'Oro Prosecco Cuvee Oro Extra Dry is a fine and persistent sparkling prosecco wine, with natural sugars and a low percentage.
