

Balma Reserva Brut is a sparkling wine from the appellation of origin (D.O) Penedès produced by Mas Bertran. It's a blend of varieties xarelo and macabeo.
Balma Reserva Brut originates from vines that are 40 years old. The harvest is completed thoroughly by hand.
After being transferred to the winery, the grapes are put through a selection process and are then destemmed.
The grape Balma Reserva Brut is fermented in steel tanks for 45 days at controlled temperature of 14-15ºC.
Balma Reserva Brut, rests on its lees for a minimum of 18 months, and a liqueur d'expédition is added before being bottled.
