Arnot-Roberts Trousseau Noth Coast is an organic, wood-aged red wine made by the Arnot-Roberts winery from the Trousseau variety in North Coast, California (USA).
Arnot-Roberts was set up by Nathan Roberts and Duncan Arnot-Meyers, two childhood friends from Napa Valley who decided to start their own winery in 2001 with the aim of making great California wines from very special local vineyards. As a result, they create limited production, low intervention wines that have great expression.
Arnot-Roberts Trousseau Noth Coast comes from three vineyards planted on soils composed of volcanic pebbles. These are 15-year-old vines that are organically cultivated without the use of chemicals. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.
In the winery, Arnot-Roberts Trousseau Noth Coast is made by spontaneously fermenting the whole bunches with native yeasts. The wine is then aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels.
In line with the best Jura red wines, Arnot-Roberts Trousseau Noth Coast is a light, crisp and bright red. The perfect wine to quench your thirst at any time.
