About Bonnet Grande Réserve Brut
Bonnet Grande Réserve Brut is a sparkling wine from the AOC Champagne (France) made by Alexandre Bonnet with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties.
Alexandre Bonnet is a family winery in the village of Les Riceys, a location which includes 3 denominations in the heart of Champagne. This estate has 844 hectares of vineyards, making it one of the most significant wine-growing districts in France and a true master of the Pinot Noir grape.
Bonnet Grande Réserve Brut comes from vineyards located in the heart of the magnificent Côte des Bar in the south of Champagne. An incredible domain of 45 hectares with unique clay-limestone soils consisting of kimmeridge. The grapes are grown using traditional agriculture, where vines grow alongside woods, fruit trees and climbers. The grapes are harvested manually.
Bonnet Grande Réserve Brut is vinified in the traditional way. First the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle with a dosage of 9 g/l and an aging of 30 months.
Bonnet Grande Réserve Brut is an elegant, long and very flavorsome cuvée from the most beautiful Pinot Noir terroirs of the Côte des Bar, in the French Champagne region.
Bonnet Grande Réserve Brut is a creamy sparkling wine with fine persistent bubbles and aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate it is fruity, ample and elegant. An unctuous sparkling wine with a fiery acidity and a lingering finish. |
