The story of Vermut Rojo Nordés begins with a gin, born from the vision of three friends: a sommelier, a Galician wine entrepreneur, and a distiller, gathered over a plate of octopus, who dreamed of creating a gin that captured the essence of Galicia. That dream turned into a successful reality, giving birth to Nordés Gin. Not content with merely bottling the freshness of the Galician character through a gin, they now venture into creating vermouths with an Atlantic heart, embodying the personality we so love about Galicia.
 
Crafted with carefully selected grapes and botanical aromas of Galician tradition, also used in Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin, such as sage, bay leaf, eucalyptus, samphire, mint, and lemon verbena, Vermut Rojo Nordés offers a delightful sensation reminiscent of the mythical wind in Galicia that heralds the arrival of good weather.
 
Each ingredient is chosen to offer a genuinely Atlantic vermut, the result of an “amodiño” elaboration—with care and meaning—as expressed in Galicia, under the guidance of the renowned winemaker Marcos Alguacil, recognized as Best Winemaker of Spain by the International Wine Challenge in 2023.
