Sierra Cantabria Rosado

Tasting notes Sierra Cantabria Rosado 2024
Rosé wine Young.
Sierra Cantabria Rosado 2024 is so pale it almost deceives the eye, yet as soon as you bring it to your nose, the game begins: gentle flowers that whisper and a textured palate, the result of maceration with white skins. A fresh, flavoursome rosé wine with a subtly saline finish that imparts a touch of mischief. Light, yes, but with character. Perfect for the dining table… or for concocting a good excuse to toast ahead of time.

About Sierra Cantabria Rosado
Sierra Cantabria Rosado is a rosé wine from the Viñedos y Bodegas Sierra Cantabria in the D.O Rioja. This is a family winery located in the town of Laguardia, in the south of ávala.
Sierra Cantabria Rosado is produced from the varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha and Viura. The grapes originate from vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida.
The harvest is conducted by hand and passes through a double selection process, in the vineyard and in the winery.
For its production, all the varieties are macerated together for 4 days. Subsequently, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 16ºC with local yeast from its very own vineyards.
