This is one of the most historic wineries in Rueda, with a wine production dating back to 1870. Palacio de Bornos is a varietal Verdejo, the most notorious variety in Rueda.
Regarding the development of Palacio de Bornos Verdejo, the grapes undergo a manual selection. Subsequently a temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels.

Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2019 is an intensely aromatic white wine with citrus fragrances, herbaceous notes and aniseed touches. On the palate it is flavoursome and well balanced. A fruity wine with fresh acidity and an aromatic aftertaste.
A fresh entrance which is intense, dry, with a fruity presence and a direct and definite acidity. Good finish with pleasant bitter notes and a fruity aftertaste
