Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé

Champagne Medium-dry. 18 months in bottle.
Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé is a fruity sparkling wine with aromas of red fruits combined with notes of grenadine syrup. On the palate it is smooth, sweet and balanced. A wine that remains fresh throughout and finishes with a subtly bitter finish of rose grapefruit.

About Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé
If the prestigious and sophisticated Moët & Chandon brand is known for one thing, it has to be their goal of sharing the magic of champagne with the whole world. So much so, that in 2011 they were brave enough to launch Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial. This champagne, with the promise of quenching thirst and maintaining the usual intensity, richness and freshness, is to be enjoyed in a large glass on the rocks. And although the snobs were quick to shake their heads, calling this sparkling wine heretical, the truth is that it was so successful that ten years later the house that now belongs to the LVMH group launched a rosé version.
Made from the official varieties of the AOC Champagne, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé is made following the champenoise method. The base wine is first fermented and then, before starting the second fermentation, 20-30% of reserve wine is added. It then remains in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months before disgorgement and dosage.
Fruity, seductive and elegant, Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rosé has all it needs to bring the glamour of champagne. A sparkling wine “on the rocks” that is a real breath of fresh air. They recommend serving with three ice cubes in a large glass and, for the more daring, things can be added to bring out its freshness even more.
