About Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne
Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne is a single-variety Pinot Noir red wine produced by Domaine Faiveley under the AOC Bourgogne in Burgundy, France.
The grapes used to make Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne come from various plots spread across the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise terroirs and are vinified in the Domaine Nuits-Saint-Georges cellar by aging in excellent quality French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months, depending on the vintage.
Domaine Faiveley is a hundred-year-old winery with 127 hectares, one of the largest in Burgundy. They work the vineyards using sustainable viticulture, a philosophy that the seventh generation, who now run the winery, strictly adhere to as a way of creating the best quality and authenticity in each harvest as well as a way to maintain the biodiversity in their plots, a sign of good health and a legacy that has passed from generation to generation for the almost two centuries of history behind this winery.

2017 | Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne 2017 is a red wine that presents pleasant and fresh aromas on the nose reminiscent of red fruits with a subtle mineral and herbaceous note. On the palate it has a broad entrance with the fruit reappearing. This wine has soft tannins and is well structured and pleasant. |
