About Guitian Godello
Guitián Godello is a white wine from the appellation of origin Valdeorras produced by A Tapada. This wine is a monovarietal from Godello.
The harvest of the grapes Guitián Godello is completed manually. Likewise, from the vineyards to the winery there is a selection process for the best grapes.
After the traditional vinification process, Guitián Godello is fermented for 2 months in stainless steel containers with local yeast.
After being bottled, Guitián Godello rests for a further two months before being available on the market.
The first wine from A Tapada was produced in 1992. The winery possesses 10 hectares of vineyards, mainly producing the varietal Godello and 100,000 bottles.
