About Galván Treixadura-Godello Blanco
Galván Treixadura-Godello is a white wine from D.O. Monterrei produced by Adegas Daniel Fernández. It’s a coupage of the Godello (60%) and Treixadura (40%) varieties.
Galván Treixadura-Godello is made from own vineyards. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed and then treated by cold maceration, subjecting the skins to extreme temperatures by introducing dry ice into the tanks to achieve the best aromas.
Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine remains in the tanks on its lees for a few months. Once clarified, the wine is bottled.
Galván Treixadura-Godello will improve over the months.

On the palate, it is smooth and refreshing, velvety, featuring a very agreeable and seamlessly integrated acidity. The finish is enduring and fruit-laden. |
