Tasting notes By Ott 2024
Rosé wine.
By Ott 2024 is a rosé wine that glistens in the glass with its delicate peach hue, reminiscent of a sunset filtered through the parasols of a Cannes terrace. Its aroma captivates with golden fruits and an exotic hint, effortlessly evoking elegance. On the palate, it is sheer refinement: fresh, enveloping, and subtly mineral, with a gentle acidity that extends the pleasure and caresses the palate like a refreshing sea breeze.

About By Ott
By Ott is a rosé wine from the AOC Côtes-de-Provence that is a coupage of 65% Grenache Tinta, 25% Cinsault, 8% Syrah and 2% Murvèdre produced by Domaines Ott.
Domaine Ott is a winery in Provence founded by an Alsatian agronomist in 1912. In 2004 it was annexed to the prestigious brand Louis Roeder, and together they make high quality wines.
The grapes for By Ott come from vineyards planted in shale and calcareous soils and are harvested manually. The grapes are selected again when they arrive in the cellar and, once there, the whole bunches are pressed gently, and after a very short maceration the must is fermented in steel tanks with temperature control.
By Ott is a rosé wine that is fresh, fruity and pleasant on the palate. It pairs perfectly with all kinds of Mediterranean dishes.
